The Bienen School’s primary rental venues are Pick-Staiger Concert Hall and Mary B. Galvin Recital Hall. Due to the Bienen School’s own large volume of concerts and rehearsals, venue availability for rentals is extremely limited. We also accept rental inquiries for the Shirley Welsh Ryan Opera Theatre and the David and Carol McClintock Choral and Recital Room, but these spaces are heavily used for academic courses and often completely unavailable.

Inquiries about the rental of classroom space, clinics, or the Jean Gimbel Lane Reception Room should be directed to Music Facilities at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The lobby of the Ryan Center for the Musical Arts is not available for rental under any circumstances.
Please note that our halls are not equipped with theatrical lighting and our floors cannot accept the use of scenery or specialty dance flooring, so theatre and dance inquiries are best directed elsewhere. Food and drink is also prohibited within the concert halls.
