The Northwestern University Symphony Orchestra presents Camille Saint-Saëns’s Piano Concerto No. 5, Op.

Daniel Kim, a student of Desirée Ruhstrat and winner in the Bienen School’s 2018-2019 Concerto/Aria Competition, performs Johannes Brahms’s Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 77 with Philharmonia. Robert G.

Chloé Thominet, a doctoral student of Helen Callus and winner in the Bienen School’s 2018-2019 Concerto/Aria Competition, performs the third movement of William Walton’s Viola Concert with the Northwestern University Symphony Orchestra.

The Northwestern University Symphony Orchestra—together with the Bienen Contemporary/Early Vocal Ensemble, University Chorale, and Northwestern Alumni Choir in its performance debut—present Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.
