Ryan Center for the Musical Arts
The Ryan Center for the Musical Arts sits at the southeast corner of campus, adjacent to the Bienen School's other music facilities.
Named one of the most impressive performance spaces in Chicago, the Mary B. Galvin Recital Hall features excellent acoustics and views.
Opened in 2015, the Ryan Center for the Musical Arts features three state-of-the-art performances venues.

Walfrid Kujala, professor emeritus of flute, who served on the Bienen School faculty for 50 years, died November 10 at age 99.
Professor emeritus Donald Nally has received his tenth Grammy nomination to date and several Bienen alumni are also among the 2025 nominees.
