Donald Nally, conductor
BCE embraces new composing voices through readings of new works by Bienen student composers in a relaxed, workshop atmosphere. Also, in this “open forum,” BCE sings the long-awaited Midwest premieres of works by Kevin Zhang and Jaco Wong, originally scheduled for NUNC (the Northwestern University New-Music Conference) in 2020. Take a look inside the creating and assembly of new music.
