University’s preferences on commonly encountered style issues and establishes
a common standard for style issues specifically dealing with music. This

University Resources
The official document, maintained by
the Provost's Office
Offers support, workshops, fellowships, and teaching certificate programs
for NU faculty, in the name of advancing university learning.
Established to recognize faculty members who have
consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in classroom teaching, or
who have developed significant innovations that have influenced the effectiveness
of other faculty. Past SOM recipients include Gail Williams, Frederick Hemke,
and Mallory Thompson.
Each year, two NU faculty members are recognized for inspired teaching and
for contributions to co-curricular activities. One of the 2005 recipients
was our own Karen Brunssen.

NUIT Support Center

AT Supports faculty as instructors and researchers
and provides access to educational technologies and multimedia resources
for the NU community. Services include educational
project consultation and support, a course management system (Blackboard),
expert digital media production services,
faculty training, and development of new
technologies for teaching and research.
