A visit to campus is the best way to experience the Bienen School of Music and learn about our dynamic musical environment. Prospective students are welcome to observe classes, watch the rehearsals for any of our 16 ensembles, meet with an admission counselor and visit with faculty.
An information session and tour of our new music facility is offered every weekday at 11:45 a.m. in the Ryan Center for Musical Arts, Room 2-120. The tour will include visits to performance spaces, practice room wings, classrooms and student lounge areas. Following the tour, the information session will cover all questions about the programs offered at the Bienen School of Music, as well as information on applying, auditioning and financial aid.
For information on campus tours and staying overnight in a residence hall, please contact the NU Office of Undergraduate Admission.
If you would like to take a private lesson or arrange a meeting with any of the Bienen School faculty, please contact them directly by visiting the Faculty Profiles section of our website. The Office of Music Admission does not schedule lessons on behalf of Bienen School faculty.
