The following documents outline the process for scheduling a recital and include policies and procedures that should be read thoroughly before beginning the scheduling process. A separate manual for graduate conducting and composition students contains guidelines for discipline-specific needs.

Recitals will be scheduled during fall, winter, and spring quarters only. Predetermined recital dates and times ("slots") for 2019-20 will be posted on September 1 (fall recitals), October 28 (winter recitals), and February 3 (spring recitals).
Recital Scheduling Periods
Requests for recital slots will be accepted for each quarter as described below. Students are invited to submit requests starting on the day and time corresponding to recital status up through the day contract materials must be received.
When three possible recital slots have been identified, submit a Student Recital Request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in person at CMO, according to the schedule above. Neither option provides an advantage over the other. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, according to time of receipt.

To confirm their assigned recital slot, students must submit ALL recital contract materials no later than 5 p.m. on the designated deadline date. Materials include a Student Recital Contract, Program & Web Copy, and Reception Waiver.
