Winds
and Percussion
Dan Farris, Coordinator
d-farris@northwestern.edu
Gives young artists the opportunity to study and perform a wide expanse of
music literature for large ensembles, chamber ensembles, and instrumental
solos under the direction of well-established conductors and professional
musicians. Classes include music history, music theory, and conducting. All
students participate in the wind ensemble and may audition for a chair in
the orchestra as well.

tuition charges and do not pose an additional expense.
